Let me point out, that these builds are set for my preferances, you can, and are adviced to change these specs as you get to know your playstyle. (other than that, any further information is always welcome, please no trolling.)
Resto PvE

Glyph of Wild Growth
Glyph of rapid rejuvenation
Glyph of swiftmend
That is my current spec, for PvE healing, not a spec for specificly either tank or raidhealing, but suits well for both roles.
If you feel, you lack some haste, you can, and will want to go up to "Celestial Focus" in the balance tree, removing 3 points from Revitalize, and maybe 1 point from Living seed (that's what i would do)
MY pvp healer spec is the following:
http://wow335.gamestool.net/druidt.php?0532003100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000230033312031502501353013251
Completely defensive spec as you can clearly see, for this spec i am using:
glyph of swiftmend
glyph of Rejuvenation
glyph of Regrowth or either glyph of nourish (I'M using Nourish)
There are some more offensive PvP healer specs. That means, you go up to Insect swarm in Balance tree, and blow the rest of your points into resto. (this is not a spec i ever tried, so i can'T help with that, maybe some further posters can help you.)
Feral tank
I'm trying my best, as a tank, still gotta improve. my spec looks something like this:
http://wow335.gamestool.net/druidt.php?0000000000000000000000000000501232132320010353120300313511203403012000000000000000000
Glyph of Mangle
Glyph of Maul
Glyph of Berserk
The reason why i didn'T put any points into 'infected wounds' is simply, that I couldn't really find any other points, that could be removed, so i just didn't pick it. HEALERS, KEEP THE TANK ALIVE.
Feral PvP:
http://wow335.gamestool.net/druidt.php?0000000000000000000000000000500232132320210053120333313511203500010000000000000000000
My spec is once again defensive, we could say, it's designed for 1 v 1 battle. I go bearform, whenever i am being targeted (+ shitload of armor + 12% damage reduction) The reason why i didn'T pick 'Feral Instinct' is that no matter what you do, rogues will find you faster.
as for when you do arenas with a healer and doN't have to worry that much about your health:
http://wow335.gamestool.net/druidt.php?0000000000000000000000000000503202132321212053120033313511203500010000000000000000000
I fail as Balance, again, Looking forward to some further Poster's suggestions.
Edit:
With some help (credits go to shar) here is a balance pve dps spec:
http://talent.mmo-champion.com/?druid#1827vWAg3YjC,,12213
feral tank stats: I simply stack S.T.A.M.I.N.A. (using + strength: Cape, neck, and rings, as those provide more stamina than an agility ring would. a feral druid needs:
Stamina
Armour
Agility ( AP + Dodge + armour)
and from cape, ring, neck, try not to pick those, that have parry rating + or Shield block rate +
you need + Dodge.
Resto stats: you need
-Spellpower (as any caster. This will boost your ammount of healing done with 1 spell)
-Haste (some druids prefer haste over spellpower, I'm not one of them, still haste is really important, as it scales with Glyph of rapid rejuvenation, which is a fucking epic glyph. other than that, 0.9sec cast nourish is simply adorable.)
- SPIRIT. (resto druids have a spell called Innervate, that pretty much prevents them from getting low on mana, especially when you gear up a bit, still spirit IS important, it gives you MANAREGEN, and as healer you always want to get MANA (other than that, in tree of life form, you gain 15% of you spirit as spellpower, which is once again cool)
I hope, this will be a bit of help to those, interested in rolling a druid, Suggestions are welcome. + feel free to ask anything, i will try to answer.
