Well, with the last 2 rev updates you can't log your ally to group queue so that our horde premade would actually get inside. They've changed it and now you need a minimum of 5 online people I believe.
Waiting for an actual alliance premade might take..a while and I wonder if it's worth using the group queue. Though, there is an alternative, in the time when group queue didnt work we used to just queue at the same time so the majority of us would get in at the same time, in the same battleground.
It works fairly good, now doing this with just 2-4 friends orso is doable but if you want to do this as a guild where you practically have a full party it kind of is more harder to track who gets invited to join a battleground. So thank god there is an add-on to help us with this issue. It's called "Preform AV enabler", you may know this already. This add on makes the party leader be able to queue the intire party at the same time, which is easier than going for a countdown and then everyone queueing. The add-on also gives a nice view of people who got an invite to a battleground and who didnt and so you can tell to leave the queue first and queue again till everyone got the invite.
I've done this lots of times with some friends from another guild not more than a month ago and it worked fine. I know most people in the guild enjoy going battlegrounds toogether so I kindly suggest downloading the add-on here so everyone has the same version of the add on (Prefrom Av enabler 2.5). So let's kick some alliance ass!
