It seems to be a great guild for both PvE and PvP while having fun.

It's a loot system used by PvE guilds, where you get points (DKP) if you participate in killing bosses (The points can also be awarded in other ways for example by showing up to the raids well prepared, and many other things, but it differs depending on the guild using the DKP system). I would prefer the EP/GP system over the DKP system at anytime

What stat to your prioritise for your class? If there is more than one, please list them.
For pvp:
Hit rating. HIT RATING FOR PVP!??. Yes there's a hit cap for pvp aswell.
And then ofcourse armor penetration, strength, stamina and resilience.
Tanking: Hit rating for threat generation, Expertise for threat generation aswell, dodge, and parry I don't fancy block rating or block value that much. If I happen to go below def cap due to new gear, It'll become my main priority to get that softcapped.
Protip: Balanced defensive stats are always good so that you avoid diminishing returns.
Please post a screenshot of your UI. Make sure to include your characters stats, and class specific stat window (EG: Spell for a caster, mele for a mele DPS character.)

Rotation: stand still and use heroic strike, wait for enemy to die.

How do you manage your threat? Do you use any addons to help you with this?

One evening, when exploring dalaran within a dark alley, you find two guild members bullying a gnome for his lunch money. What do you do?
I use Intimidating shout to scare them away from the gnome! Then I shred the gnome into pieces with my bladestorm and then I burn that piece of "#%# on a "#%#ing fire and then I !!.... Sorry I sometimes overreact when I see a gnome :%
